About Sarah
Sarah Rose is Practice Manager for Performance Podiatry at CBD, Darlinghurst, and Randwick.
Hailing from Melbourne, she is a former professional dancer, studying at the Jane Moore Academy of Ballet Coaching Program and in the Pre Professional Year at Sydney Dance Company. She danced professionally with The Washington Ballet in DC as a trainee under the directorship of renowned ballerina Julie Kent, as well as many freelance performances around Australia.
Sarah studied her dance teacher training with Lisa Howell in 2016 and demonstrated for Lisa in subsequent training courses and training books. She is the Head of Preschool department at The Dance Co Sydney, and teaches open classes for Sydney Dance Company. She is also a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher. Sarah loves all things movement and is currently studying Health Science at university.
