Belinda’s own recovery from an ACL injury sustained while skiing has given her valuable insight into the physical and emotional challenges that accompany painful and debilitating lower limb injuries. This personal experience reinforces her understanding that rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence can be challenging—particularly in the early stages—but that with the right guidance, education, and evidence-based care, meaningful recovery is achievable.
Belinda’s passion for podiatry began early, inspired by regular visits to a podiatrist during her youth, where she developed a strong interest in foot health and biomechanics. From the outset of her career, she has been motivated by the rehabilitation process and the satisfaction that comes from helping patients regain comfort, function, and confidence in their movement.
Born and raised in Sydney, Belinda graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Podiatry) from the University of Western Sydney and has since built a career spanning more than 20 years. She has worked across private practice, and hospital settings in Sydney, gaining broad clinical experience and a well-rounded, practical approach to patient care.

Her clinical interests include biomechanical assessment, injury management and prevention, paediatrics, and nail surgery, and she works with patients of all ages. Belinda places strong emphasis on collaborative care, working closely with general practitioners, physiotherapists, and surgeons to ensure coordinated management and optimal outcomes.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Belinda has undertaken advanced musculoskeletal training, including joint mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling, musculoskeletal laser therapy, and extracorporeal shockwave therapy, allowing her to deliver contemporary, best-practice treatment. This practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the lower limb supports her management of sports-related injuries, overuse conditions, and rehabilitation, helping patients return safely to activity and optimise performance.
Outside of work, Belinda enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle, spending time with her three girls, often beginning her morning with an ocean swim and maintaining her fitness through running and reformer pilates.
Belinda is a Member of the Australian Podiatry Association and remains committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
